This website is operated by Noble Roots Nursery. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Noble Roots Nursery. By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Products and Availability

Noble Roots Nursery sells grapevines, olive trees, planting supplies, vineyard and orchard collections, and related products.

Live plant availability is seasonal and may change due to crop conditions, nursery availability, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. We make every effort to keep product descriptions, availability, pricing, and other information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all information will be error-free or that every product will remain available.

If we are unable to fulfill an ordered plant variety or product, we may contact you to offer an appropriate substitution, store credit, or refund for the affected item. Substitutions will not be made without customer approval.

Seasonal and Pre-Orders

Certain grapevines, olive trees, and other live plant products may be sold in advance of their shipping season.

By placing a seasonal or pre-order, you acknowledge that the product may not ship immediately and agree to the shipping timeframe or shipping date selected or stated during the ordering process.

Seasonal and pre-orders are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping dates and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by weather, carrier delays, plant readiness, agricultural restrictions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where applicable, customers are responsible for selecting an appropriate available shipping date or shipping window during the ordering process.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Noble Roots Nursery is not responsible for delays or delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer-provided shipping information.

Certain plants may not be available for shipment to all states or locations due to agricultural regulations or shipping restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot legally or practically be shipped to the requested destination.

Live Plant Material

Live plants are natural products and may vary in appearance, size, shape, branching, foliage, dormancy, and other characteristics from photographs or illustrations shown on our website.

Plant performance after delivery depends on many factors outside our control, including planting practices, irrigation, soil conditions, climate, weather, pests, disease, and ongoing care. We therefore cannot guarantee establishment, growth, fruit production, or future plant performance unless specifically stated otherwise.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers should inspect live plant shipments promptly upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact Noble Roots Nursery promptly with your order information and photographs of the affected plants and packaging. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or refund.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, order changes, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Because many of our products are live, perishable, seasonal, or reserved specifically for customer orders, different restrictions may apply compared with ordinary retail merchandise.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, or other errors and to cancel or refund an order when necessary due to an error.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be displayed during the ordering or checkout process where applicable.

Unless otherwise indicated, the content of this website—including text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, logos, product descriptions, and website design elements—is owned by or licensed to Noble Roots Nursery and may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.
