Shipping & Pickup Dates

  • On the Add-to-Cart page, you can choose shipping or pickup.
  • Orders ship out on Mondays and Tuesdays and available dates are show on calendar.
  • Orders are available for pickup on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays with available dates shown on calendar.
  • Orders can be picked up at 6275 Silverado Trail, Napa, CA 94558
  • Customers may request a specific delivery week by contacting our sales team before ordering.
  • Once an order ships, delivery timing and handling are subject to carrier conditions

Orders, Cancellations & Refunds

  • All grapevine and olive tree orders are seasonal pre-orders for live plant material and are considered final sale.
  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded, except if we cannot fulfill your order.
  • If a specific variety is unavailable, we will offer a substitution, store credit, or refund for the affected vines only.
  • Delays within the stated shipping windows or due to weather/planting conditions are not eligible for refunds.
