(Shipping dates are estimates and may vary due to plant readiness, dormancy, and weather conditions)
(All grapevine and olive tree orders are seasonal pre-orders for live plant material and are considered final sale)
Shipping Window Order Placement Orders Ship/Pickup
Window 1 Orders placed before March 1st and 2nd weeks of March
Window 2 Orders placed in March 1st and 2nd weeks of April
Window 3 Orders placed in April 1st and 2nd weeks of May
Window 4 Orders placed in May 1st and 2nd weeks of June
Window 5 Orders placed in June 1st and 2nd weeks of July
Window 6 Orders placed in July 1st and 2nd weeks of August
Window 7 All pre-orders placed in August or later of calendar year 1st and 2nd weeks of March in following year

Additional Notes for Shipping Dates:

  • Orders outside California ship out on Mondays and are delivered that week
  • California orders ship on Tuesdays and are delivered in 1-2 days
  • Customers may request a specific delivery week by contacting our sales team before ordering.
  • Once an order ships, delivery timing and handling are subject to carrier conditions beyond our control.

Orders, Cancellations & Refunds

  • All grapevine and olive tree orders are seasonal pre-orders for live plant material and are considered final sale.
  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded, except if we cannot fulfill your order.
  • If a specific variety is unavailable, we will offer a substitution, store credit, or refund for the affected vines only.
  • Delays within the stated shipping windows or due to weather/planting conditions are not eligible for refunds.
